Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (personalized or special orders)
Personal care items (beauty products)
Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification.
The item must still meet our standard return criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@marmer.shop.
